Qualifications

• Some experience in the construction or engineering industry through work, internships, or part-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the Estimating department for sub-contractor pricing.
• Review and analyze subcontractor bids for project specifications.
• Utilize software for detailed material and labor take-offs.
• Prepare pricing recaps for senior leadership.
• Issue Requests for Information (RFIs) to clients.
• Maintain and update shipping and project schedules.
• Write and issue purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Visit job sites to build relationships with clients and vendors.
• Assist in coordinating construction drawings and submittal reviews.
• Work with onsite subcontractors to resolve field issues.
• Supervise multiple active projects.
