Qualifications

Responsibilities
Engage with the Estimating department for sub-contractor pricing.
Review and analyze subcontractor bids for project specifications.
Utilize software for detailed material and labor take-offs.
Prepare pricing recaps for senior leadership.
Issue Requests for Information (RFIs) to clients.
Maintain and update shipping and project schedules.
Write and issue purchase orders and subcontracts.
Visit job sites to build relationships with clients and vendors.
Assist in coordinating construction drawings and submittal reviews.
Work with onsite subcontractors to resolve field issues.
Supervise multiple active projects.
