Qualifications

• Assist with project planning, document control, subcontract administration, schedule tracking, cost management, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and trade partners to keep projects on track.
• Build technical knowledge and relationships to advance within Choate Construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, track progress, and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure safe, on-time work per specs.
• Collaborate with PMs and Superintendents to monitor budgets and control costs.
• Maintain strong communication across project teams.
• Review drawings, submittals, and field work for design and company standard compliance.
• Develop professional growth and relationships within Choate Construction.
