Job summary

Piab Group is seeking a Project Engineer in Winston, GA to lead engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to Alum-a-Lift quality standards.

You will work with the Engineering Manager and teams to deliver high-quality, innovative, timely solutions, with emphasis on CAD design, manufacturing support, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience executing engineering projects.
• Strong CAD modelling and design skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute detailed design of ergonomic lifting equipment that is manufacturable and cost-effective.
• Create detailed CAD models and drawings, incorporating mechanical, electrical and ergonomic considerations.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Participate in small capital projects from design through completion and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide manufacturing and quality support, troubleshooting design or production issues.
