The "Translator" Advantage: You excel at navigating matrixed, global organizations—influencing cross-functional teams and aligning complex technical constraints with high-level business goals.

Strategic Execution: You have a history of navigating legacy-to-modern system migrations with precision, balancing customer-specific requirements with the need for platform standardization.

Knowledge Transition: Manage the "go-live" handover, ensuring a robust transition from the project team to the Maintenance & Support organization, including comprehensive training on EMS operations.

Technical Know-How Requirements

  • EMS Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of real-time grid applications.

  • Architecture Proficiency: Thorough knowledge of the EMS platform architecture, including real-time data modeling, high-availability environments, and database management.
