  • Lead recurring virtual project meetings and follow up on decisions, owners, due dates, open questions, and action items.
  • Track project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and priorities; communicate changes and **escalate** issues when support is needed.
  • Help translate engineering plans into clear manufacturing actions for prototypes, pilot builds, product launches, and production ramp up.

  • Learn the release and change control process and become a reliable resource for project documentation questions.
Process & Continuous Improvement (15%)
  • Identify practical ways to improve engineering to manufacturing communication, project templates, dashboards, and meeting routines.
  • Help teams use Monday.com, Arena PLM, and shared documentation consistently and effectively.
  • Capture lessons learned and support improvements to new product development processes in accordance with ISO 9001.
