The Project Engineer leads due diligence investigations and design analyses for retail, commercial, industrial, and residential site layouts. Projects involve collaboration with Fortune 500 companies and regional developers, handling varying complexities.

Responsibilities include:

1. Review municipal zoning and land development ordinances and regulations.
2. Prepare Site Investigation and Due Diligence Reports.
3. Develop Conceptual Site Plans.
4. Design Preliminary Grading and Stormwater Management Systems.
5. Estimate construction costs and prepare project proposals.
6. Manage project budgets and coordinate with clients and team members.
7. Prepare technical reports and correspondence.
8. Present to planning boards and agencies.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3+ years’ experience in Civil Site Engineering.
• Engineer-In-Training (EIT) and Professional Engineer (PE) licenses required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and knowledge of planning and zoning processes.
• Experience with hydrologic, hydraulic, and stormwater design software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
