Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in construction.
• Demonstrated knowledge of required safety standards and procedures.
• Prior conceptual estimating and bidding experience with emphasis in commercial construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day management of construction projects.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections and enforce safety standards.
• Support preconstruction efforts regarding estimating and takeoff.
