Pride One Construction in Medina, OH is seeking a full-time Project Engineer to support our Project Managers and Vice President across all phases of commercial projects. The role involves field coordination, submittal processing, RFIs, meetings, and quality control, with a focus on safety and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Word/Excel, and the ability to work with subcontractors and clients.

Formación

• Must have OSHA 10-hour minimum certificate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with subcontractors, clients, and employees.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; occasional travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, review for compliance, and process Submittals.
• Manage and distribute Project Drawings (Bulletin Updates, etc.).
• Receive, review, and write RFIs.
• Attend construction meetings (OAC) and coordination with subs.
• Record, write, and distribute meeting minutes.
• Assist with Safety Orientations, Training and Tracking.
• Support Project Manager and Site Superintendent with daily construction activities.
• Assist in Punch List, turnover documentation, and Subcontractor scope development.
• Assist in Project Schedule Management and updates.
• Participate in subcontractor/supplier buyout and change orders.
• Spend time in the field observing trades.
