Job summary

SNIPEBRIDGE is recruiting Project Engineers to support senior engineers and project managers on a range of active site civil, infrastructure, and land development projects. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into project leadership within a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Offices are located across DFW, Atlanta, and Chicago, with projects for public agencies and private developers. Earned EIT certification encouraged; 2-5 years' relevant experience preferred; AutoCAD/Civil 3D

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field preferred
• 2–5 years of relevant experience; EIT certification preferred
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating with contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies
• Ability to manage multiple project tasks and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers with design calculations, drawings, and technical documentation
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and permitting submittals
• Coordinate with contractors, subconsultants, and field staff during construction administration
• Track project budgets, schedules, and deliverables; flag risks early
• Respond to RFIs and review submittals during construction
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and confirm compliance with design intent
• Support proposal development and client communications as needed
