Job summary

rand* construction corporation in Denver, CO is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to support scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and subcontractor coordination under the Project Manager. This role provides a path to become a Senior Project Engineer with hands-on experience in tenant interiors, retail, restaurants and renovations.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong communication, time management, and the ability to read drawings.

  • Process submittals and RFIs and assist with subcontractor procurement.
  • Coordinate project activities, delivery, and close-out.
  • Gain foundational experience to progress toward a Senior Project Engineer.

What you’ll do

Under the supervision of the Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer, this position performs essential project management tasks such as updating project schedules, processing submittals and RFIs, assisting with the subcontractor procurement process, coordination, project delivery and close‑out. This position is intended as an entry level position for individuals to gain foundational experience required to become a Senior Project Engineer.


Qualifications

Qualified Candidates:



  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or related field.

Compensation


  • Pay Type: Salary

  • Pay Range: $65,000 to $75,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.

  • Other Compensation: Annual bonus commensurate with individual performance, company performance, and experience.
