Job summary

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Engineer for a contract opportunity in Andover, MA. The role involves coordinating planning, control, and execution of engineering projects and acting as CAM for Advanced Programs within the Chelmsford E&T org.

You will maintain the IMS for ATE programs, manage procurement liaison duties, and drive process improvements to enhance documentation quality and project efficiency. DFARS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience required.
• Secret clearance required to start.
• MS Office experience required.
• Experience building relationships across functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects; serve as CAM for Advanced Programs; maintain IMS for Advanced Test Equipment programs; manage material procurement liaison for Advanced Programs.
• Plan, organize, track and report on activities for Advanced Programs; serve as CAM for AP; maintain IMS aligned with milestones and resources; oversee requisitions, receipt verification and kitting operations.
• Identify and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to boost project execution efficiency and documentation quality.
