Mortenson is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee the review, analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project teams. Positions accessible at levels 1 and 2, with compensation based on experience and location, including Lincoln, NE as a viable site.
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's in Construction/Civil/Architectural Engineering or related field, possess a valid driver's license, and demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Mortenson is currently seeking a Project Engineer to oversee the review, analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members and participants. The position offers opportunities at both levels 1 and 2, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location.
Accepted locations: Cedar Rapids, IA; Omaha, NE; Lincoln, NE.
Project Engineer 1 – Minimum qualifications: Two years of related experience. Base pay range: $84,100 Min – $113,500 Max.
Project Engineer 2 – Minimum qualifications: Three years of related experience. Base pay range: $93,400 Min – $126,100 Max.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
