Job summary

Martin-Harris Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Operations Department in Las Vegas. You will act as a vital link among Architect, Owner, Subcontractor, and office, supporting the project team throughout the construction process.

Key duties include assisting the PM and field team, maintaining contract drawings in Procore, and coordinating submittals and document control. On-site work at active projects may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience with Procore, Timberline, MS Word, MS Excel, and P-6 scheduling software is desired; Prolog or Expedition is similar and may be acceptable.
• Willing to learn MHC procedures and be a member of the overall MHC team.
• Willing to work as a team member to assist the team in critical deadlines and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Project Manager and field supervisory personnel to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• Acquires in-depth knowledge of contract documents and subcontractor scopes to support field and office staff.
• Maintains an accurate Contract Drawing Log in Procore and manages on-site files.
• Handles submittals tracking, information management, and coordination with suppliers and subs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
