Qualifications

• Experience with Procore, Timberline, MS Word, Excel, and P-6 scheduling software is preferred.
• Willingness to learn MHC procedures and be a team player.
• Ability to work with project team to meet deadlines on active construction sites.
• On-site work may involve a job trailer setting and construction noises.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Project Manager and field supervision to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• Gathers and understands contract documents and subcontractor scopes to support field and office teams.
• Maintains an accurate Contract Drawing Log in Procore.
• Manages on-site files and project correspondence for reference.
• Coordinates submittals from suppliers and subcontractors as required by project specs.
• Supports project close-out documentation and as-built drawings.
