Nox Group is seeking driven Project Engineers to contribute to innovative and challenging construction projects across the Southwest, including commercial, industrial, data center, and semiconductor ventures. The role involves coordinating with project staff, managing procurement, and maintaining safety and quality culture.

Ideal candidates have a construction management or engineering background with 2+ years of relevant field experience, strong communication, and the ability to mentor field

Qualifikationen

• Ability to assume responsibility, interface and effectively communicate with others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Positive and teachable attitude.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Experience leading field-level staff and achieving project goals.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with Project Manager and Superintendent to support project success and safety culture.
• Mentor and develop Field Engineers.
• Support cost management, forecasting, and control includingPOs, subcontracts, change orders.
• Procure materials and equipment within scope and ensure project requirements are met.
