Job summary

Jobot in Buffalo, WY is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the project managers on roadway construction projects. The role offers a salary of $75,000 to $90,000 per year and requires 1–3 years of relevant engineering experience.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage timekeeping and job costing, and prepare daily reports while interfacing with field operations and central accounting. A BS or AS in CM/Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of general engineering experience in roadway construction.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management, or an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordination and scheduling of subcontractors and other forces.
• Liaise between field operations and central accounting for timekeeping and job cost reporting.
• Develop short-term schedules with area and project superintendents; track materials.
• Create daily time cards and monitor field time entries.
• Process submittals and RFIs; support remote offices.
