Job summary

Walsh Group in Florida is seeking a Project Engineer to drive coordination and execution on complex construction projects. You will plan work, coordinate the team, and maintain strong relationships with clients and subs, while solving problems with data-driven decisions.

The role includes document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders), procurement support, quality checks, subcontractor coordination, layout surveys, safety oversight, and project estimating.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous internship, co-op, or employment experience is a plus.
• Specific roles may require relocation.

Responsibilities

• Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
• Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination
• Procurement of construction materials
• Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks
• Coordination of subcontractors
• Survey and project layout
• Weekly pictures for progress reports
• Manage construction equipment
• Safety management
• Project estimating
