Job summary

Precision Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking a temporary full-time project support role to assist planning and coordination of designated projects in the Southeast.

The position is limited-term, lasting from 6 months up to 2 years, and requires collaboration with Project Managers to ensure goals and budgets are met. The role involves handling project documents, shop drawings, client communications, and meetings, with duties spanning office and field environments in Savannah, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Intern or Coop experience.
• Bilingual English/Korean (preferred) with knowledge of Excel, Word Processing software, Scheduling Software (Microsoft Project or Primavera), and AutoCad; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project documents, records, reports and cost control with Project Manager.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for contract compliance.
• Assist Project Manager in client communications.
• Represent the company in project meetings when required.
• Maintain contract drawings, current drawings, RFI logs and submittals logs at jobsite and office.
• Coordinate with quality control with client.
