Job summary

Greenwood Industries is a leading provider of exterior building solutions with a Worcester, MA on-site Project Engineer opening. You will support Project Managers in planning, management, and client satisfaction, coordinating contract requirements and project specs including document control, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of administrative construction experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to organize and plan activities for the team.

Qualifications

• Preferred 2 to 3 years of administrative experience in construction.
• Experience with contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendums, specifications, change orders, RFIs, submittals is a plus.
• Experience using project management software; strong writing and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Document control and project records coordination.
• Assist with change orders, RFI, and submittal tracking.
• Punch-list management and project close-out documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by project team.
