Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Framing/Drywall Project Engineer to join our team. The Project Engineer will assist a Project Manager on large jobs, read blueprints, interpret specifications, and manage contract-related tasks to keep projects on target.

Responsibilities

• Assist a Project Manager on large jobs.
• Read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Responsible for contract preparation, on-site coordination, quality control and all aspects of contract management.
• Assist in interpreting & submitting RFIs and changes to contract drawings, specifications, and/or scope of work.
• Assist in developing submittal packages per contract specifications.
• Assist in the complete accurate takeoffs and establish budgets.
• Monitor and maintain project schedule to meet or beat deadlines.
• Attend to day-to-day needs of the field to maximize production.
