Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team and support on large commercial drywall projects. The role includes on-site coordination, contract preparation, and quality control, with opportunities to learn and grow within a financially strong, employee-owned company.

You will read blueprints, interpret specifications, review contracts, manage labor and materials, and assist in RFIs and submittals while helping to keep the project schedule on track.

Responsibilities

• Assist a Project Manager on large jobs.
• Prepare contracts and manage on-site coordination.
• Ensure quality control and contract management.
• Read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Review contracts to keep projects on target.
• Manage labor and materials and track takeoffs.
• Interpret RFIs and changes to drawings/specs.
• Develop submittal packages per specs.
• Monitor and maintain project schedules.
