Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Engineer in Elm Grove, WI to support our commercial construction projects. You will work with seasoned PMs on preconstruction through closeout, handling submittals, RFIs, and project documentation while coordinating with subcontractors, owners, and field teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of GC experience, exposure to commercial or municipal projects, strong organization, and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of general contracting experience.
• Exposure to commercial, healthcare, education, or municipal projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player who communicates well and takes ownership.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
