Qualifications

• Experience with internship/co-op in construction or project environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with problem-solving ability.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and building systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; able to learn CM software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, document control, and project communication.
• Develop and update project schedules; support meetings and coordination.
• Support subcontract preparation, bidding activities, procurement tracking, and contracts.
• Gain exposure to estimating, quantity takeoffs, bid package prep, constructability reviews, and subcontractor outreach.
• Assist Superintendents with safety, material coordination, cost tracking, productivity reporting, and quality control.
• Assist with cost tracking, invoice coding, change order support, and monthly reporting.
• Develop leadership and communication skills with project teams, clients, architects, and trade partners.
