Job summary

Ragle Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a Project Engineer to oversee outdoor construction sites, manage crew activities and coordinate with subcontractors on complex civil infrastructure projects.

You’ll handle change orders, cost reporting, work plans, and on-site supervision to deliver safe, quality results on schedule. Requirements include a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, with visa sponsorship not

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of civil engineering or construction management experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Change Order Management: assist in preparation and processing of change orders with clear communication between parties.
• Job Cost Reporting & Analysis: monitor project costs and provide reports to meet financial objectives.
• Work Planning & Scheduling: develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Project Meetings: conduct regular meetings with trades and stakeholders to review progress.
• Quality & Safety Oversight: ensure work adheres to quality and safety standards and perform inspections.
• Crew & Subcontractor Management: lead and support crews and subcontractors for successful execution.
• On‑Site Supervision: oversee activities on-site and make real-time decisions to keep projects on schedule.
