Qualifications

• BS Engineering required; Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical focus preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Project Management principles.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data interpretation to reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of capital projects ranging from $1MM to $3MM, focused on process improvements, capacity expansion, reliability, and new product innovations.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from concept to closeout, ensuring safety, timeliness and budget adherence.
• Coordinate activities among operations, maintenance, engineering, quality, procurement, contractors, and external firms.
