Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering/capital project experience in manufacturing or process environments.
• Experience managing projects through multiple phases with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, and expenditures.
• Familiarity with safety standards and applicable codes in industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital investment projects from scoping through closeout.
• Develop project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Quality, Procurement, and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support to plant management to improve reliability and performance.
