Job summary

Seco SOLVA is seeking a Project Engineer who combines hands-on manufacturing knowledge with technical leadership to develop and implement innovative production solutions. You will lead CAD/CAM programming, machining strategies, and process optimization to deliver production-ready results that create measurable customer value.

Travel up to 50% of the time, including domestic and occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering, process engineering, CNC programming, or related experience.
• Proven success developing manufacturing processes from concept through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Process Development and industrialization initiatives.
• Develop CAD/CAM programs and validate machining strategies.
• Drive project leadership, data analysis, and continuous improvement while ensuring safety compliance.
