Job summary

Seco SOLVA is seeking a Project Engineer to lead manufacturing improvement, industrialisation, and process optimisation projects. You will develop machining strategies, design manufacturing processes, programme CAD/CAM solutions, and deliver production‑ready outcomes that create measurable customer value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years of manufacturing engineering, process engineering, CNC programming, or related experience.
Proven success developing manufacturing processes from concept through implementation.

Responsibilities

Develop manufacturing processes from concept through production launch.
Prepare and optimize CAD/CAM programs for multi-axis machining.
Provide technical leadership on engineering projects and collaborate with customers.
Engage in data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
