Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a hands-on Hardware Operations professional to own the full lifecycle of team hardware—from procurement and receiving to deployment and tracking. This role requires organization, attention to detail, and ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in test engineering, hardware integration, manufacturing/production engineering, or hardware operations.
• Hands-on experience managing physical hardware inventory, including asset tracking and configuration control.
• Working fluency with an ERP, PLM, or asset-management system, and an issue tracker such as Jira.
• Ability to read and work from schematics, cable drawings, and Bills of Materials.
• A passion for hands-on work with complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• A sincere commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed to support hardware management and deployment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Direct experience with hardware management and operational deployment
• Experience with domestic and international hardware shipping, including export compliance and ITAR/EAR controls
• Familiarity with network, compute, and communications hardware components
• Hands‑on experience with complex robotic systems
• Scripting or SQL for inventory reporting and automation

US Salary Range

$112,000—$149,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
