We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to ensuring the success of our projects, providing technical expertise, managing budgets, and coordinating key activities throughout the construction process. Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise throughout all project phases.

  • Prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, and maintain financial reports.

  • Coordinate subcontractor bids, contracts, and project requirements.

  • Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and weekly reports.

  • Manage project closeout tasks, including punch lists, O&M manuals, and inspections.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction, or civil engineering preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

  • Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Entry-level candidates or those with 1–2 years of construction experience are welcome.

Position Details:

  • Salary: $75,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience.

  • Benefits: medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement, and more.

  • Minimal travel required (10-25%).

  • Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
