Curtis Contracting, Inc. (CCI) is seeking a Project Specialist to support heavy highway and bridge construction projects through planning, scheduling, and compliance.

You will work with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to keep work flowing, track costs, and maintain documentation across contracts and permits. This role involves occasional fieldwork, data entry with accuracy, and using project management software and Microsoft Office to provide timely updates.

• Provide regular updates on data entry progress to supervisors or managers.

• Experience in LCAMS and Miss Utility (VA 811) a plus.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Working Conditions

• Occasional fieldwork in various construction sites, including exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.
