The Project Engineer leads the planning, design, execution, startup, and closeout of capital and reliability projects. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, contractors, equipment suppliers, and site stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and achieve expected business results. Responsibilities include equipment selection, facility and utility integration, construction management, project documentation, startup readiness, and operational handoff. This role will entail significant travel where the project engineer will assume the role of construction manager requiring the engineer to travel to various Shearers locations and for several weeks at a time.
