Qualificações

• 5–7 years hands-on composite product development for space
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven track record in scheduling, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with aerospace systems engineering lifecycle is a plus
• Experience with high gain antennas is a plus
• Familiarity with aerospace materials and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of space-qualified composite structures and their performance
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of the DoD Systems Engineering Guidebook

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management related to aerospace product development.

Essential Job Functions

• Plan, coordinate, and drive engineering activities on the development of composite products for space applications, including design, prototyping, and testing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met and technical requirements are achieved.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, project plans, and progress reports.
• Identify and resolve engineering challenges throughout the development cycle.

• EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in composite product development for space applications.
• Proven track record in managing schedules, budgets, priorities, risks, and technical deliverables on complex engineering projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in Aerospace Systems Engineering Lifecycle is a plus.
• Experience in High Gain Antennas development is a plus.
• Familiarity of aerospace materials and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of space-qualified composite structures and their performance requirements.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of the Department of Defense Systems Engineering Guidebook.
