Job summary

Ben Hur Construction invites aspiring construction management professionals to join our field-driven team. You will work on major structural steel and precast erection projects, alongside industry experts, and gain hands-on experience to grow into a future leader.

You’ll support Project Managers and Superintendents, learn surveying and field procedures, and experience extended-site assignments across our multi-state footprint, with an emphasis on safety and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or in-progress in CM or civil/structural engineering.
• Willingness to obtain OSHA 10-Hour Safety Certification and CPR/First Aid Training.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety programs and site procedures to keep teams safe and productive.
• Support project cost tracking, budgeting, and change management.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and inspectors to meet specs and quality standards.
• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with daily operations and documentation.
• Verify equipment and material compliance and proper onsite use.
• Learn field procedures for surveying, bolting, and welding.

What You'll Do

• Ensure that safety programs and worksite procedures are followed-help keep teams safe and productive.
• Assist with project cost tracking, budgeting, and change management.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and inspectors to ensure work meets all specifications and quality standards.

What You Bring to the Team
