• Coordinate efforts with Production, Maintenance, Project Management, Construction, Startup and Project Controls
• Review progress against schedules and take corrective action as needed

Spectra Tech, Inc. has an immediate need for a Project Engineer in Oak Ridge, TN to provide Project Engineering support and coordination for various projects across one but not limited to; Commercial, Infrastructure, Production Modernization, and/or Production Stockpile projects. Will also provide Project Engineering support necessary to complete planning, design and implementation of new machine tools and/or infrastructure upgrades.

Provide technical integration, leadership, guidance, and direction to other multi-disciplined engineering teams as requested for high profile plant initiatives and will appropriately apply ASME Nuclear Quality Assurance (NQA-1) requirements for work in nuclear facilities; plan and direct the engineering activities on projects; establish detailed project design scope, budgets, and schedules; professionally coordinate engineering efforts with Production, Maintenance, Project Management, Construction, Startup, and Project Controls personnel; and review project engineering progress against approved schedules and take corrective action when required.

Education/Experience: Level III: BS and 10-14 years. Level IV: BS and 15-20 years. Level 5: BS and 20+ years.

Must have the ability to obtain a DOE Q Clearance.
