You will manage the entire lifecycle of corporate and operational moves—from developing move strategies and evaluating vendor RFPs to coordinating day-of-move activities and supporting facility decommissioning. Utility industry experience is required to navigate critical infrastructure, asset handling, and specialized facility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare clear employee communication strategies and occupancy transition plans to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Develop mover Request for Proposals (RFPs), evaluate contractor proposals, and oversee all physical move activities.
  • Provide hands-on day-of-move coordination and active occupancy support to guide teams smoothly into new spaces.
  • Support facility closeouts and decommissioning efforts, including IT coordination, Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) disposition, waste/recycling management, and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience as a Project Engineer or in a closely related engineering/project coordination capacity within the utility, energy, or heavy industrial sectors (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or an equivalent technical discipline) required.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex logistics, vendor contracts, phased transitions, and cross-functional facility projects.

  • Occasional travel to other projects or office locations may be required to support project needs
Physical Demands:
