Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.

• MEP knowledge and understanding of contract documents & specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manages the change management process under the Project Manager's direction.
• Participates in monthly cost report meetings with meaningful data points.
• Adheres to monthly cost control, pay requests, and cost reporting processes.
• Expedites material deliveries efficiently.
• Reviews and evaluates shop drawings accurately.
• Mentors less experienced team members and fosters team collaboration.

• Manages the change management process effectively under the direction of the Project Manager

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 4+ years of experience with a large trade contractor, construction management or general contractor organization
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.

For Rhode Island, this ranges from $88,000 - 105,000 plus benefits and retirement program.
