Job summary

3M is seeking a Project Engineer to lead capital projects across the Wisconsin site in Prairie du Chien. You will coordinate electrical, facilities, design, and operations teams to deliver on time and within budget, driving EHS improvements and equipment renewal.

The role requires strong project management skills, collaboration in a matrix organization, and experience in engineering/manufacturing environments. Travel may be required up to 25% and relocation may be authorized.

Qualifications

• Five years of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Bachelor’s degree with three years of related experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management.
• Experience leading capital equipment and facilities projects in diverse environments is a plus.
