Job summary

You will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents and gain a strong entry point for long-term growth within the company. The position offers hands-on experience in RFIs, submittals, and schedule tracking.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction experience or internship, preferably from a general contractor.
• Experience with ground up construction and commercial construction.
• Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software preferred.
• Desire to learn and grow within commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Support RFIs, submittals, and change order processes to keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain organized project documentation and ensure accurate file management.
• Assist with scheduling coordination and tracking project milestones.
• Review drawings and specifications to help identify scope and potential issues.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors regarding deliverables and timelines.
• Track procurement activities and help ensure materials arrive on schedule.
• Support cost tracking, commitments, and basic budget reporting.
• Attend project meetings and communicate updates to internal teams.
• Assist with project closeout documentation and punch list tracking.
