Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project goals; maintain regular field presence for safe work execution.
  • Coordinate with project managers and project teams to address standard technical questions and resolve general project issues.
  • Monitor standard project schedules and budgets, track labor productivity, and report variances to support timely corrective actions.
  • Support the implementation of standard QA and safety protocols throughout all project phases.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and technical records.
  • Identify opportunities for incremental improvements and contribute to the development of leading practices with guidance.
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to team members and stakeholders.

Participates in project meetings and communicates updates to team members and stakeholders. **Education Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required. **Work Experience:** 0 - 4 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field required. **Certifications and Licenses:** Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
