Job Summary
We are seeking a Project / Integration Engineer – Energy System to support the vehicle‑level integration of high‑voltage and low‑voltage energy systems. This role will focus on cross‑functional coordination, HV architecture integration, interface alignment, and validation planning to ensure energy subsystems meet program timing, quality, and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- esSupport integration of Energy Systems subsystems, including HV Battery, BMS, Energy Management, Thermal Systems, Charging, HV/LV Bus, and HV Safety, into the vehicle platfor
- m.Integrate and align HV component communication interfaces across energy subsystem
- s.Identify gaps in system and interface definitions; collaborate with engineering teams to ensure consistent expectations and interface alignmen
- t.Own integration of HV components into the HV Bus Architecture, including mechanical and electrical interface
- s.Develop, maintain, and release HV and supporting LV bus specification document
- s.Own and maintain HV mechanization diagrams and system architecture documentatio
- n.Apply strong expertise in integrating power electronics (battery packs, DC‑DC converters, inverters, chargers) into the HV bu
- s.Coordinate rapid studies, integration activities, and issue resolution across the Energy Systems organizatio
- n.Support and manage weekly Energy Systems kickoff meetings, including agenda preparation and follow‑up
- s.Collaborate with Functional Safety and HV Safety teams to define validation and compliance test plan
- s.Participate in DFMEA reviews, cross‑functional engineering discussions, and vehicle launch suppor
