You’ll get to:* Implement Deviations and change notices (CN) in SAP* Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of the following:* Plant budget development and management, including asset implementation at project close.* Timely release of engineering documentation including drawings, bills of material, quality critical features, and related documents to support proper execution by plant resources.* Product cost tracking and savings management from prototype trough implementation.* Development of robust manufacturing processes through the application of PFMEA, SMED & poke-a-yoke principles.* SQA-015 approval of all new components.* Establishment of Quality Assurance equipment and documentation including Incoming Quality Control, In Process Quality Control, End-Of-Line Testing, Finished Stock Audit requirements.* Coordinate and lead all sample builds including Prototype, ESL, MSL, and Pilot builds, in an efficient and organized manner.* Identify and communicate risks and concerns related to product quality and/or project schedule.* Facilitate effective communication among all internal and external team members.* Manage engineering and product changes effectively to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.* Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.**The Person:**You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
