Job summary

Specialist Staffing Group is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate the transfer of technologies, products, and manufacturing processes to external partners in Milpitas, CA. The role ensures contract manufacturers and suppliers are prepared to produce high‑quality products meeting technical, regulatory, and operational standards.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, and travel to external manufacturing partners as needed to validate processes and scale production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, Industrial, or related).
• Experience with technology transfer, external manufacturing, or supplier/contract manufacturer management preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, process validation, and regulated medical device environments.
• Strong project-management, communication, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Ability to travel to external manufacturing partners as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems collaboratively.
