Job summary

Regeneron in Raheen, Limerick, Ireland, is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Project Engineering team. You will design and specify cGMP process equipment, manage small projects, and support installation and validation activities to ensure compliant manufacturing processes.

The role requires a BS/BEng or higher in Chemical/Process/Mechanical engineering with 2+ years of related experience. Direct biopharmaceutical equipment experience is preferred.

• Degree in Chemical/Process/Mechanical engineering with 2+ years of related experience.
• Direct experience with biopharmaceutical process equipment preferred.
• Education may be substituted with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and specify cGMP process equipment, piping and controls.
• Manage small projects related to process equipment and manufacturing.
• Assist in design reviews, site acceptance and installation of equipment.
• Prepare process and instrument drawings and related drawings.
• Develop Process Flow Diagrams for manufacturing processes.
• Support validation by preparing design documents and protocol execution.
• Assist investigations of equipment and control system anomalies.
• Implement corrective/preventive actions for equipment and processes.
• Prepare modification/change-control documentation and evaluations.
• Supervise mechanical, electrical and automation contractors

What Youll Do

• Designing and specifying cGMP process equipment, piping, and/or controls
• Managing small projects related to process equipment and manufacturing

• Preparing engineering evaluations for and executes modification change control documentation
• Supervising mechanical, electrical, and automation contractors

Salary Range

46,200.00 - 75,400.00
