Job Description

Our largest pharmaceutical client is seeking a Project Engineer to support a large-scale warehouse modernization initiative involving automation upgrades, AGV expansion, RFID implementation, ASRS enhancements, and material flow improvements. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer looking to gain hands‑on experience with warehouse automation systems while working alongside senior engineering and operational leaders. The engineer will support projects that directly impact manufacturing operations by ensuring raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods move efficiently throughout the warehouse ecosystem.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Automation, or related Engineering discipline1-5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, automation, warehouse operations, logistics, or industrial systemsStrong troubleshooting mindsetExperience supporting engineering projects or continuous improvement initiativesAbility to learn quickly in a highly automated environment
