Performance Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for its PCI Denver 583 operations based in Aurora, CO.

Job responsibilities include labor control, preparing RFIs/submittals, takeoffs, scheduling with field supervisors, punch lists, and QA/QC support. This safety-sensitive position offers a competitive salary and bonus plan, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description

Performance Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for its PCI Denver 583 operations based in Aurora, CO.

Job responsibilities include:

This position is safety-sensitive.

Salary Range: $78,900 - $105,200 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.

Basic Requirements
  • Must have at least 2 years' experience supporting or managing construction projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Possess a clear understanding of how to read and interpret specifications and drawings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to learn new skills by engaging in the technical job functions and applying new skills as they're learned
  • Strong customer service skills and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask while handling multiple projects concurrently

  • Possess critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or related discipline
  • Experience managing specialty scopes of construction
  • OSHA certification
  • Local to Denver metro
