Hargrove and Associates, Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to provide technical leadership on complex engineering projects. You will support the Project Manager in controlling cost, schedule, and client satisfaction while guiding a multidisciplinary team under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include communicating technical issues to the PM, coordinating with clients, managing budgets and schedules, delivering multi-discipline documentation, and ensuring quality through
Responsible for technical leadership of a project as well as for supporting the Project Manager in managing project performance of the engineering team with respect to cost, schedule and Client satisfaction. This work will be performed under minimal supervision.
Below is the range that we in good faith believe is the potential compensation for this role at the time of this posting and is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California.
Minimum Salary: $145,000 annually
Maximum Salary: $165,000 annually
Education: Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited university is required.
Registration: Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred.
Experience: This position requires 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
