We are seeking a Project Engineer to manage engineering projects from concept through completion while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved. This role is ideal for an organized engineering professional who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, solving technical challenges, and delivering successful projects in a fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate engineering projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Engineering Support
  • Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review engineering designs, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with manufacturing, operations, quality, procurement, and other departments to ensure successful project execution.
  • Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates.
Budget & Cost Management
  • Track project budgets and expenditures.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and project objectives.
  • Assist with project forecasting and financial reporting.
Risk Management & Problem Solving
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve project challenges through effective planning and collaboration.
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with customer expectations and organizational goals.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, reports, and engineering records.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and safety policies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
Prerequisites
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience managing engineering or manufacturing projects.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
  • Lean Manufacturing Certification.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License.
