Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Project Engineering contractor in Anaheim, CA, to lead multi-disciplinary teams in the design, development and delivery of next-generation products for the aerospace/manufacturing sector. This role requires a solid background in aerospace/manufacturing and involves advising senior management and customers on advanced technical studies.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 6+ years of experience (including 1 year in a leadership role) are required, with 4+

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or Mathematics, Computer Science.
• Minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience, including at least 1 year of leadership experience.
• 4+ years of experience developing, proposing, managing, implementing, testing products and system solutions in power systems.

Job description

Akkodis is seeking a Project Engineering for a Contract job with a client in Anaheim CA. Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the Aerospace/Manufacturing Industry.

Rate Range : $50 - $73/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job responsibilities include:

• The role is responsible for leading multi-disciplined engineering teams in the proposal, design, development and delivery of next-generation products
• Acting as an advisor to senior management and customers on advanced technical studies and/or applications
• Bachelors Degree (Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or Mathematics, Computer Science) and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience, inclusive of 1 year of leadership experience,
• 4+ years experience and knowledge in developing, proposing, managing, implementing, testing products and system solutions in power systems or related including:

Desired Qualifications:

• Effective presentation and communication skills
• Experience in the use of Product Development Process and methodologies ISO 9001 compliant processes)
