Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking an Industrial Engineering leader to drive multiple projects across manpower and systems to cut costs, boost revenues, and elevate customer service. Job description

To Lead Multiple Projects Simultaneously, including the evaluation and implementation of manpower and systems projects designed to reduce operating expenses, increase revenues, and enhance customer service. Lead the development and implementation of operating plans and perform engineering work, conducting studies, preparing data, and developing models and analytical tools for use by engineers and operations. Set strategy which leads to the transformation of business processes and operational tools to enable global excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree: Bachelor’s (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience: Seven (7) years of industrial engineering or related engineering experience, including four (4) years developing concepts for material handling systems.
• Skills: Strong analytical, computer, and communication skills. Knowledge of statistical analysis, scheduling, modeling, and performance analysis of material handling systems. Analytical leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and experience in developing package sort system designs.

Job Conditions

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential.

Pay

US Pay Range: $6,168.90-$10,898.39.
